Refund and Returns Policy

At Finokidwear, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for all the details.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your items.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process as described above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges but are happy to help you process the return and purchase of a new item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on availability. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for us to process your claim.

8. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Finokidwear and would like to return it, you can exchange it for store credit or a different item, as long as the return meets the eligibility requirements. Please contact us for assistance.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
